Summary of ESRD Networks' Annual Reports
All ESRD Networks are members of the Forum of ESRD Networks, a national organization which
supports ESRD Networks in promoting methods to improve the quality of care to patients with renal
disease.
Annually, each Network prepares a report of its activities in support of CMS contract goals. A summary of the 18 Network reports is then prepared and submitted to CMS.
